Deskscaping

I LOVE our new office desk. It has tons of storage, it’s pretty and its huge. Unfortunately, the tabletop looks so bare with just our laptop on it.
I’ve been trying to come up with ideas to make it look more home-y. Here’s what I’ve come up with (click the photos for sources)….
It looks like I’m going to need to add some shelving above the desk and some cute organizational things (maybe a charging station?). I also really like how personal items were added into these rooms that don’t automatically scream “office.” I’ll keep you posted with what I come up with.
Any ideas that you’d like to share?

i feel ya on the desk pain – i just finally got mine set up (pictures are on my blog) so that’s really my only idea. it took me months to plan out something so simple!
